Elevation Recruitment is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic Customer Service Administrator role. This position is integral to the smooth operation of the Supply Chain and offers a unique opportunity to work within a vibrant team.

Key Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales order process
  • Process customer orders in the system promptly
  • Manage all aspects of product distribution to customers
  • Keep customers informed about any changes or updates regarding their orders
  • Monitor and fulfill customer-specific requirements related to their orders
  • Strive to enhance the quality of service delivered to customers, identifying areas for improvement within the supply chain
  • Maintain and update customer database

Customer Service Administrator Experience:

  • Passionate about customer service with a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Purchasing or supply chain experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
