OA are currently working with a reputable and well-established, leading organisation within Communication Technology to support with hiring an Accounts Assistant. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to join an ambitious and growing company.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- Weekly Pay - £13 - £14 an hour

Accounts Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to telephone and email customer queries
- Processing and loading invoices
- Raising and processing orders
- Purchase ledger experience
- Raising invoices with SAGE/ XERO
Previous Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of previous experience working in a similar position
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, self-motivated attitude
- Knowledge of SAGE and XERO
