HR Administrator (Temporary)
We are seeking a temporary HR Administrator to join our People and Organisational Development team until February. This role offers a salary equivalent to £24,000 and follows a hybrid work model (2-3 days in-office per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Manage the People Team data system and inbox.
- Process new starter and leaver documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Support recruitment and EDI initiatives.
- Maintain various HR records and assist with payroll.
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience and familiarity with HR processes preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
