Elevation Recruitment Group are partnered with a manufacturing business in Barnsley who are currently looking to recruit a HSE Advisor. Reporting to the Head of HSE, this role will work as part of the HSE Team to ensure legal compliance and continuous improvement around the business.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- To ensure legal compliance to HSE Legislation
- To support all departments in HSE matters by giving appropriate advice
- Create company standards e.g. PPE and Contractors, and monitor compliance
- Ensure Accident, Incidents & Near Misses are reported, investigated and provide analysis
- Create and update HSE processes and documentation
- Produce regular HSE communication include Tool Box Talks and Safety Alerts
- Apply proactive approach to Environment, Health and Safety
- Work with the Production teams to overcome operational issues relating to HSE
I'm keen to speak to HSE Advisors with the following experience:
- NEBOSH Certificate
- Experience in an engineering and a manufacturing environment
- Strong communicator
