We're working with a well-established organisation offering award-winning training to high-level professionals across the legal and expert witness sector.
Due to continued growth and a fresh push on outbound sales, they're looking to appoint a consultative Sales Executive to join their high-performing team. The business is investing in proactive business development to complement strong inbound marketing activity and deliver sustained revenue growth. This is a 360° sales role where no two days are the same. You'll be driving outbound campaigns, engaging senior professionals, and converting warm leads into long-term customers. Success means building strong relationships, closing deals between £2,000 and £20,000, and becoming a trusted advisor in a specialist, regulated market. You'll also be supported with marketing activity, CRM tools, and collaboration from a cross-functional team—all helping you build your pipeline and hit your targets.
You'll need to be a self-starter with 6 to 12 months experience in B2C or B2B sales, ideally in delegate or media sales. You're confident making outbound calls, asking the right questions, and adapting your approach to different decision-makers. The ability to manage the full sales cycle is key—alongside solid communication, organisation and commercial awareness. Experience in a consultative selling environment will set you apart, as will a genuine interest in training, compliance or legal sectors.
