Our client, a leading international business in their field is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent, remote basis.
Due to growth our client is looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their team, providing a high level of administrative support to the business along with being the first point of contact for customers, clients and third parties.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' Customer Service and Administration experience, and be confident working both independently and as part of a team as this role will be fully-remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, client and third parties
- Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients
- Update and maintain internal databases and CRM
- Confident completing administrative tasks to a high standard, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Manage data tasks, ensuring details are accuracy input into systems
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Capture and take down meeting minutes, ensuring tasks are carried out
- Book in customer appointments and meetings
Key Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Customer Service Administrator role
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Used to working with clients and customers and being the first point of contact for any queries or concerns
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to use multiple CRM systems and internal databases
- Able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Excellent interpersonal skills
