We have an exclusive Saw Operator role to join a growing manufacturing business based in the Paddock Wood area.

This role would suit someone with some experience using hand tools or operating a saw within a manufacturing or workshop environment, looking for a stable opportunity for the long term with a view to development, or someone who has worked within a similar role extensively who wants a good local business to work for.

A day in the life of a Saw Operator here will mean:

  • Safely and efficiently

operating the saw; cutting metal.

  • Working

accurately
, and with minimal waste, from
technical drawings

  • Working to

targets
in a fast paced

workshop environment.

  • Operating a forklift

when required (training can be provided).

  • Conducting routine

machine maintenance.

  • Contributing to the

cleanliness, tidiness, and maintenance

of the workshop.

To bag yourself an interview for this Saw Operator role, you will have/be:

  • Experience

operating a saw
, or similar
hand tools/machinery,

within a
manufacturing workshop environment.

  • A practical, methodical, and proactive attitude.

good level of physical fitness.
