The Mortgage and Protection Broker Role
We are looking for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Broker to provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice. Ideally, you'll have a background in Estate Agency mortgage and protection brokering, allowing you to hit the ground running in this dynamic environment.
One of the standout features of this role is immediate access to wealth-side leads, allowing you to start earning from day one. In addition to this, you'll have the support of a highly established network, an abundance of clients, and a seamless administrative system to help you focus on what you do best—advising clients and closing deals.
Mortgage and Protection Broker Package
- Competitive Salary: Up to £35,000 + up to 30% Commission
- Referrals: 20% Commission for clients referred to the Wealth Management team
- Support: Full administrative support provided, allowing you to focus on advising and earning
- Work-Life Balance: Office-based role with regular working hours (9am - 5:30pm)

Mortgage and Protection Broker skills and experience
- CeMap Qualified
- Experience as a Mortgage and Protection Broker
- Experience in managing leads, especially from estate agents or introducers
- Knowledge of protection products such as life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
