DK Recruitment are seeking a 2nd Line Engineer Engineer on behalf of our client based in the Keynsham area. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing Managed Service Provider. Duties
- Provide 2nd Line Support either directly from the customer or escalated from the 1st line team
- Provide assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system
- Update the internal knowledgebase with issue resolution details

Paying up to £30,000 with an on-call allowance (1 week a month is a shift of 1.30pm-10pm) and this week can be worked remote.
