Role: Graduate Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Duration: Minimum 1 month with the opportunity for a full-time permanent role
Compensation: Dependent on experience. Generous Commission Scheme.

Role Mission:

Bowleys, an innovative lettings agency based across London, is seeking a motivated and ambitious university graduate to join our team as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to kickstart their career in sales and the real estate industry. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a keen interest in sales, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with landlords, tenants, and homeowners on key issues related to their properties.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist the Head of Sales in driving sales performance.
  • Meet key sales KPIs, including securing client meetings and calls.
  • Identify and engage with relevant stakeholders, learning to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage client and prospect communications with professionalism, learning to autonomously handle these interactions.
  • Support the wider business goals of the company through your contributions and growing knowledge.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as maintaining distribution lists, setting up conference calls, drafting client communications, and keeping accurate records in the company CRM.

Capabilities:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable and adaptable, with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A recent university graduate with a strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
