- Engineering Maintenance Manager
- Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30
- Food Manufacturing Environment.
- Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
Main Responsibilities;
- Responsible for H&S
- Ensure engineering resource is managed and maximized effectively
- Manage and motivate the engineering team
- Plan and deliver team training requirements in line with business objectives
- Direct management support for the Engineering Manager, assisting in the development of engineering strategy for the site to support the businesses short and long-term strategy
- Trend, root cause analysis and objective setting
- Ensuring all equipment and plant are effectively maintained utilising stores and associated engineering systems
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, PIU, BRC and internal
- KPI management and publication
- Contractor management
- Budget cost centre management
- Service contract ownership and implementation
- NPT reduction and action planning
- Support site project manager where engineering services are required
