The Opportunity

The Surveys Service Consultant will support the processes associated with internal admin and reporting, in regard to our surveys offering.

The role will involve:

  • Support the Surveys Sales Team converting leads through providing availability and administering surveys bookings
  • Allocate the survey instruction to the available surveyor
  • Communicate with customers on survey dates
  • Resolve any customer queries
  • Monitor the completion of scheduled surveys
  • Support with the administration and invoicing
  • Support the Surveys Manager with surveyor panel management.'

About You

You will be an effective communicator with an excellent telephone manner and a passion for customer focus.

You will also have/be:

  • GCSE or equivalent
  • Sales and/or customer service experience
  • IT literate to a good standard, particularly MS Office
  • Excellent understanding of customer service standards
  • Knowledge of the domestic property surveys industry would be an advantage
