I am working with a well established law firm looking for a Solicitor to join their growing family team based in Gillingham. My client was established over 130 years ago and they are a award wining firm that has a modern approach.
This is a fee earning role and consists of family law including separation, divorce, finances, children matters, domestic abuse and domestic abuse injunctions. You will also be dealing with TOLATA claims, drafting legal documents, providing assistance to other fee earners and supervising fee-earning work undertaken by colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years PQE +, have experience in all aspects of family law, have the ability to manage their own caseload, assist with the marketing of the department and have strong IT skills.
