Fulfilment Associate – Rotherham - £23,000 - £24,000
Chase & Holland are excited to be with an innovative business who are currently going through a strong period of growth and are looking to recruit a Fulfilment Associate to join their friendly team. Reporting to the Fulfilment Team Leader you will ensure that customer orders are processed within agreed SLA's. This is a fantastic opportunity and will suit someone who has excellent attention to detail with a positive, proactive approach.

Responsibilities of the Fulfilment Associate:
- Preparing distribution lists for the preferred despatch method and output the preferred despatch carrier labels in the designated quantities
- Ensuring exemplary service is always delivered
- Prioritising workload to ensure a balanced approach to reacting to incoming requests
- Managing stock from the warehouse ensuring stock levels are correct and put in correct locations
- Preparing items in the most effective way ready for Fulfilments
- Assembly work – making up Packs i.e. inserting leaflets, letter etc into envelopes
- To select appropriate courier method for specific customers
Required Skills & Experience:
- High standards of verbal and written Mathematics and English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
