Description
- Perform the Order Process including document reception, analyse the assortment presence, uploading on SAP By Design and related follow up actions
- Manage the PO tracker to follow up the deliveries, follow up details with SCM team, and update the clients about potential issues on delivery.
- Ensure each retailer orders and receives the NPD special product and testers
- Work closely with SCM and Finance team to support in the Claim Process, follow up on the credit note creation and process to customer
- Creating new account and update in SAP based on retailer needs
- Payment follow up with clients as per requested by Finance department
- Take the ownership in managing Masterfile and Online Platform Process for NPD
Profile
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Passionate in consumer goods and FMCG Industry
- Must have great attention to detail
- Excellent numerate & analytical skills
- Excellent Ms Excel capability
- Fast learner, willing to learn the ERP system
