We are looking for a team member with previous office and customer service experience to join one of the top UK Independent Insurance firms. Full training provided. Set within smaller and personable office with a welcoming team. You will gain specialist knowledge and a 'foot in the door' of the insurance industry career ladder.
Duties include:
- Liaising with new and existing customers via multiple communication avenues (telephone,email and online chat)
- Arranging appointments with customers for renewal appointments with the Advisors
- Renewal Preparation Administration
- Processing Mid-Term Adjustments
- Supporting Account Executives with administration and system updates.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Office experience
- Stable employment background
- Positive outlook and open mindedness
