**IT Support Specialist (German Speaking)**Sunbury - On-site (Mon-Fri)Salary: Up to £28,500
Essential Criteria
- Able to speak and effectively communicate in both English and German, seeking those able to support off-site teams in Germany.
- Able to work in the UK full-time (no sponsorship available).
- Experience working in an IT Support/Helpdesk Support/1st Line Support position; supporting across software, hardware and applications. (1+ year).
- Able to travel to Sunbury (on-site minimum 3/4 days per week).

Hays are working with one of our fantastic clients, looking for an IT professional who is fluent in both German and English to help the team support technical issues, across the company and multiple locations. With over 3,000 employees worldwide, our client values respect, loyalty and flexibility, alongside skills with IT support.Our client serves a global network of distributors, resellers, retailers, and OEM customers, as well as providing contract manufacturing and supply chain management services for semiconductor manufacturers and system OEMs.
What we are looking for:
- Fluency in both German and English, able to feed updates to internal customers and other employees, through remote support.
- Experience of providing technical support: troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, issue resolution, etc.
- Experience supporting hardware, software and applications previously.
- Detail orientated, looking to resolve issues in line with company policy, and also to track potential long-term issues.
