They are looking an enthusiastic and customer focused person to work in their Sales Support team and assist customers through each step of the sales process.
Duties:
- Support with the day-to-day management of accounts and queries to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Providing administrative support to UK Sales Manager
- Dealing with inbound phone and email enquiries
- Managing and processing customer orders
- Liaising with different departments to ensure the smooth delivery of orders
- Working with the Customer and the wider business to create an enhanced customer experience
