4Leisure are currently recruiting for a temporary sales advisor for an exclusive private members club based in the Teddington area.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Temporary Sales Advisor to help our client grow their membership base during this busy period.
You will need to be available to work on a rota pattern including evenings and some weekends and be available for an immediate start.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with potential members to understand their needs and present the benefits of club membership.
- Conduct tours of the club's facilities, highlighting key features and services.
- Follow up on membership inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Assist with membership applications and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the club's offerings, events, and special programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current members.
To be eligible for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or high-end services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential members.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate potential members' schedules.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Full or part time hours are available (minimum of 4 days per week).
The assignment rate is
£15.00 per hour
(inclusive of holiday pay) and is paid weekly.
