Senior Finance Officer

Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the accounts receivable function and minimising the risk of bad debt
- Collating information and processing all sales invoices on the computer system
- Receiving and allocating payments received against invoices and preparing payment reports
- Chasing overdue payments by telephone, email and by correspondence
- Preparing monthly aged debt reports and detailing category of debt
- Discussing, agreeing and processing payment instalment plans when needed
