Sales Administrator - Part Time

Due to continued growth our client, who are a well-established nationwide family business, have a new opportunity for Part Time Sales Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis at their offices in Ross on Wye.

The successful candidate will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries and requests about products and services. You will also provide administrative support to a close-knit team ensuring the customer are at the forefront of the service.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer enquiries through all channels, responding in a timely manner
  • Follow up on quotes, providing additional product information to enhance branch sales
  • Inputting relevant information onto the company system to help achieve enquiry conversion
  • Make some outbound sales calls to prospective customers

Candidate Attributes:

  • Proactive and adaptable with a "can do" attitude
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to take responsibility and ownership of tasks

Hours - 20 hours - weekend working required

Salary - £14 per hour + bonus scheme + onsite parking + private medical insurance
