Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of SEN students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work closely with parents, guardians, and other professionals to support student development.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
- Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A compassionate and patient approach to teaching.
