Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of SEN students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work closely with parents, guardians, and other professionals to support student development.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to teaching.
