Key duties include:
- Supporting the Head of Partnerships with identifying and onboarding new retailer partners, working to develop and maintain relationships with partner clients.
- Handling inbound queries professionally and efficiently via both telephone and email.
- Developing and improving internal processes for new partner onboarding.
- Talking new and existing partners through the businesses offerings and the benefits of working with them.
- Working closely with internal teams, including Customer Service and Finance to resolve any queries related to invoicing and stock levels.
- Handling orders from new and established customers alike, processing all administrative and systems requirements in the moment.
- Ensuring that all new clients are onboarded with thoroughness and warmth, bringing an 'Account Managerial' and relationship style to your work.
