Working within the warehouse and logistics arm of the business, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, managing daily operations, overseeing staff, and working closely with an experienced General Manager who has worked their way up from a hands-on retail position to Head of Department and influential manager.
Bringing along your warehousing and logistical expertise, this role will allow you to provide input on processes and best practices and get involved in the rollout of new systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Lead and develop the warehouse team, driving performance.
- Conduct stock checks, ensure accurate orders, and maintain stock care.
- Assist with recruitment, manage performance, and oversee employee development.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain a clean workspace.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant warehouse experience, with knowledge of SOPs and systems.
- Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong dedication to company values and improvement.
- Able to manage tasks and make quick decisions.
- Drive and positive attitude!
- Forklift License (preferred)

This position pays £14 per hour, working a 40 hour working week.
