Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Client, a leading manufacturer, as a Customer Service Advisor in Sheffield.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to UK and international customers
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Address customer concerns and find effective solutions, logging complaints accordingly
  • Process quotations and purchase orders
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Liaise with hauliers and logistics teams to arrange and query deliveries
  • Stay informed about product details and updates to provide accurate information to customers

Customer Service Advisor Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
