Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Client, a leading manufacturer, as a Customer Service Advisor in Sheffield.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to UK and international customers
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Address customer concerns and find effective solutions, logging complaints accordingly
- Process quotations and purchase orders
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Liaise with hauliers and logistics teams to arrange and query deliveries
- Stay informed about product details and updates to provide accurate information to customers
Customer Service Advisor Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
