Based in the heart of Leeds in their outstanding offices, this is a hybrid role. - this is a permanent position working hybrid for a fantastic business. Working in a generalist capacity managing wellbeing as well as ED&I strategies.
This is a generalist position, coaching and influencing leaders across the business and delivering key people practices
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Facilitating and driving change within the organisation
- Managing performance and ER matters
- Full management of the employee life cycle, including bonus and salary reviews
- Delivery of people practices and responsibility for continuous improvement
- Providing generalist HR support to a diverse organisation
Person Specification
- CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent
- Experienced in the design, delivery and lead of HR specific projects
- Complex ER case management experience
- Indepth knowledge of employment legislation
- Thorough understanding of the full employee life cycle
- Effective communication with key stakeholder management experience
