THE COMPANY
This well-known travel and experiences business is expanding its CRM team and exciting times are ahead!
THE ROLE
As the CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Managing a Marketing Executive
- Looking at campaign strategy across the whole customer lifecycle
- Manage email/SMS comms and automation
- Utilise dashboards to create reports and highlight reports
- Work on funnel analysis, AB testing, and CTRs
- Deploy campaigns across multiple channels
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in a low volume, high pricepoint industry/company is needed
- Being hands-on with data is essential
- Experience in the industry is not necessary
- Management experience not required
