About the role:

You'll be joining a team that prides itself on its excellent client service and the organic growth of its business. Currently, our client has 4 Advisers, 2 Paraplanners, and 3 full-time Administrators. In this role, you'll get exposure to a wide variety of tasks, collaborating with experienced professionals and honing your skills through practical experience.

With a structured career development plan and full study support, you'll have all the tools you need to move forward —whether your ambition is to continue excelling as an Administrator or move into Paraplanning.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in wealth management, especially in previous roles as an IFA Administrator is desired but not essential
  • Any exposure to financial services through roles such as pensions/mortgage administrator, or working for a platform or provider is also considered.
  • A commitment to developing your skills and advancing your career.

Working hours:Monday to Thursday, 8:45 am - 5:00 pm, and Friday 8:45 am - 12:45 pm.

Please note: Due to the rural location, you will need to be a car driver.
