Our client, a globally recognised leader in innovation and excellence, is currently expanding their Centre of Excellence and seeks an ambitious Global Organisational Effectiveness Director. This newly created role is ideal for professionals poised to step into a pivotal position, driving transformative strategies and enhancing organisational agility and efficiency.

About the role:

The Director of Global Organisational Effectiveness will drive strategic organisational change and champion continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating closely with senior HR and business leaders within our client's organisation, the successful candidate will design and deploy impactful organisational effectiveness programmes, directly influencing the client's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically set and guide organisational effectiveness initiatives aligned with our client's enterprise strategy.
  • Partner with transformation teams to ensure the success of large-scale changes, influencing with strategic insights and strong leadership.
  • Manage prioritisation and resources to effectively implement change and drive success.
  • Adopt a holistic approach to organisational effectiveness, from process redesign to workforce planning.

About you:

  • Experience influencing senior leadership and driving strategic transformations within large global complex organisations.
  • Mastery of change management principles with a proven track record in successful organisational change implementations.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills capable of managing complex projects and delivering strategic objectives.
  • Degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or related field preferred.
  • Change Management Practitioner certification preferred.

Compensation Package: Base Salary up to c£100,000 plus Annual Bonus, LTIP, Car Allowance and Benefits.
