REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
