Purchase Ledger Clerk

Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new and exciting long term temporary hybrid opportunity working for a lovely business based in Birmingham city centre with an immediate start. You will be working as part of a long standing purchase ledger team and be responsible for processing up to 500 invoices on a monthly basis from start to finish. Your duties will include:

- Matching batching and coding invoices
- Processing payments by BACs
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing employee expenses
- Credit card reconciliations
- Processing subcontractor invoices
- Resolving supplier queries
- Assisting with month end close down
- General office duties
