Excellent opportunity for a CRM developer who has worked with CiviCRM or Drupal to join a not for profit organisation that will offer you autonomy, variety, empowerment and the opportunity to stamp your mark on the IT team.

Based bear Covent Garden this public sector organisation operated with an illustrious and listed building. They pride themselves on their excellent staff retention through brilliant benefits, employee development as well as having a supportive and collaborative culture.

In this role you will be Managing and supporting this organisations CRM, CiviCRM. You will be the first port of call for any issues/development, ensuring its smooth running. You will work closely with the Website Manager as well as our external support company in supporting the Inn.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in CRM development. Have worked with MYSQL or SQL and have worked with either CiviCRM or Drupal CRM systems.

This is a brilliant role for a CRM developer to join a public sector organisation that has a great working culture and a position where you can technically progress.

The role

  • Lead the development and management of our membership database, CiviCRM.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports using MySQL and Metabase.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CiviCRM-related issues, providing troubleshooting and support for staff and users.
  • Continual improvement of the Inn's processes when using CiviCRM, seeking efficiencies where possible.
  • Working with the website manager and an external support company for any updates to the CRM, CMS or server.
  • Work collaboratively with the Website Manager to develop and improve the Inn's website and its interaction with CiviCRM.

The person

  • Have a proven track record in CRM database development
  • Experience with MYSQL or SQL
  • Have worked with CiviCRM or Drupal.
