This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of something super exciting, and having clear progression to Finance Director.
You will be based in the City of London with a flexible working model approach, of 2 days in the office and 3 from home (you can go in more if you wish!).
The ideal Financial Controller will be:
- ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Qualified Accountant
- Minimum of 1 year PQE,
- Industry experience must be within Financial Services,
- Ideally within an SME environment, in a well-rounded role.

Responsibilities of the Financial Controller:
- Manage a small team finance professionals on a daily basis.
- Produce monthly financial reports for the Executive team and Board, as well as monthly management accounts.
- Prepare budgets for review by the SLT and Board.
- Develop reporting information to meet the business's needs.
- Oversee statutory audits and ensure completion in a timely manner.
- Opportunity to work towards a senior management role within the company.
- Build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Support the SLT team.
- Analyze financial data and implement recommendations for company strategy.
- Ensure tax compliance for corporation tax and VAT returns.
