Summary

A brand new position has opened up for a second-line support team member to join a profitable and fast-growing tech business. With a customer base covering the UK, USA and Australia, and continuing to grow, it's a really exciting time to join. The company are based in Barrow, Cumbria, close to transport links.

You'll be joining a dynamic team of people to provide your technical expertise, customer service and analytical skills to investigate and resolve technical issues.

The Company

This is a highly profitable, motivated and customer-focused business that provide cloud systems to worldwide retailers. As they provide Cloud-based POS systems any previous experience with POS systems or cloud-based solutions is a bonus but not essential.

The Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and technical support skills with a thorough approach to investigating issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional and timely responses to customer enquiries
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system problems
  • Investigate and resolve advance technical issues
  • Contribute to the development of support documentation
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate members of your team

The role is being offered as full-time and on-site in their office, close to transport links.
