Our Lincoln-based Client is looking to appoint a creative Social Media Executive to take their social media presence to the next level, using both organic growth and paid campaigns.
THE ROLE
The successful Social Media Executive will work alongside the wider marketing team to deliver cohesive campaigns. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow social media presence.
- Develop and implement content calendars.
- Optimise paid ad campaigns for engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Create platform-specific content.
- Conduct photo and video shoots.
- Influencer outreach and relationship building.
- Oversee TikTok Shop performance.
- Stay updated with platform changes and trends.
- Support additional marketing initiatives and ad hoc duties.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Social Media Executive will be proactive and results driven with a keen eye for detail, other requirements for the role are:
- Proven experience in a social media marketing position, ideally in a B2C setting.
- Innovative mindset with expertise in design tools like Adobe or Canva.
- Exceptional communication and copywriting capabilities.
- Competence in working both independently and as part of a team.
- Superior organisational skills, adept at prioritising tasks in a dynamic environment.
