Partnered with a fantastic, returning client of mine who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the growing team.
This role involves spearheading a holistic digital strategy, making it perfect for a creative and analytical individual. The ideal candidate will excel in devising and implementing digital marketing campaigns on platforms like web, SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media to enhance business expansion and brand interaction.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop and deliver innovative digital growth strategies.
- Plan and execute all aspects of digital marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Interpret brand guidelines to create compelling copy and provide creative direction to enhance brand awareness.
- Design and maintain a strong social media presence to engage with different customer segments and align with business goals.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analysing ROI, KPIs, website traffic, and audience engagement to inform future strategies.
- Identify digital trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on data analysis.
- Conduct A/B testing, conversion tests, and market research to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the team to create landing pages and optimize the website user experience, monitoring platforms like Trust Pilot and Google reviews.
- Engage with various internal teams, including Business Development, Product and Support, Customer Services, and IT, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints, leveraging strong analytical skills.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, providing thought leadership on their potential adoption.
