Well-known brand require a Supply Chain Customer Service Coordinator. Applicants need experience of; order processing, order management or supply chain coordination, while previous experience of SAP would be highly advantageous. Hybrid working.
The Supply Chain Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for administering orders in SAP through liaison with Supply & Demand Planners, customers and 3PL warehousing distribution partners. This is an exciting end-to-end supply chain opportunity, in a business with a supportive and collaborative environment.
Specific duties of the Supply Chain Customer Service Coordinator include:
- Processing customer orders and order management in SAP. Also serve as point of contact
- Liaison with Supply Chain colleagues and 3PL partners in regards to deliveries and stock movements etc
- Administration of logistics and shipping documents
- Internal and external stakeholder collaboration
- Data entry and administration tasks
Supply Chain Customer Service Coordinator applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in; supply chain, logistics, or customer order management
- Experience in the use of SAP, or a similar ERP system
- An understanding of end-to-end supply chain considerations, on an international scale
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Comfortable working from the Bournemouth office but also remotely on a hybrid pattern
