We are working with a Primary School in Wandsworth who are looking for a Class Teacher to join them for the new academic year. They have excellent facilities to aid learning, offer students a variety of after school clubs and have a supportive and motivational team.
Hours: 8am - 4pm, Full time
Start Date: September
Location: Wandsworth, London
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Job Description:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Take full teaching responsibilities including marking, assessment, and reporting on pupil progress
- Organize and conduct parent-teacher meetings
- Maintaining school policies within the classroom
- Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and cohesive learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- A Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
- A positive, can do attitude
- Strong Understanding of the National Curriculum
- Excellent written and communication Skills
