The IT Support Technician role:
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for assisting their students and staff with technical issues and queries. You will have a varied role supporting Windows infrastructure and Network queries. Working independently and on projects, there will always be something to keep you busy and develop your skillset.
IT Support Technician - Essential Skills:
- Experience with Windows Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune.
- A good understanding of Networking Systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to a high standard.
- Experience with both hardware and software support.
