Contact and Advice Centre Manager

I am working with a not-for-profit professional body who are hiring a Contact and Advice Centre Manager.

Location: Laindon, Essex - Hybrid Working

Responsibilities:

You will manage the organisations contact and advice centre ensuring all KPIs are met.

  • Manage the contact centre staff and ensure the delivery of high quality service
  • Lead the contact and advice centre
  • Lead meetings outlining performance objectives
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders from both the UK and non-EU countries
  • Maintain and improve the Centres strategies - Data capture, contact handling, written communication
  • Develop knowledge to provide services to a wide variety of areas - keeping up to date with consumer protection legislation and other relevant UK & EU Law
  • Design & Present training for staff on all new legislations and advice
  • Quality assurance
  • Ensure all policies are being met

Your Experience:

A background in either Citizens Advice, Consumer Law, Trading standards or a Government Service Contact Centre

Strong Management & Leadership skills
