Our client is seeking an International Sales Manager to join their innovative and forward-thinking team. The Role

As an integral part of the International Sales Department, the successful candidate will support the International Sales Director in daily tasks and the global development of the department. They will be the key contact for all international distributors, managing relationships and ensuring seamless communication and support for both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate collaboration between clients worldwide and various departments.
  • Engage in pricing strategies, sales offers, sales forecasts, and sales reports.
  • Manage clients' Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to optimise profitability.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans.
  • Oversee clients' websites, digital initiatives, and social media presence.
  • Coordinate prospecting efforts to expand the client base.
  • Organise and coordinate client training sessions and visits.
  • Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure product compliance.
  • Manage logistics for international conferences and trade fairs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the beauty industry.
  • Proficient in Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of export and regulatory affairs related to beauty products.
  • Experience with SAGE 200 and Power BI reporting tools or equivalent.

Languages:

  • Multilingual proficiency is valued (particularly Arabic or Chinese), but not a necessity

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years in a similar role.

Package:

  • Salary: Up to £50,000 (Dependent on level of experience)
