Chief Officer’s Assistant

About the Role:

As the Chief Officer's Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other Chief Officers (COO/CFO/CXTO), ensuring seamless operations and enabling the executive to focus on strategic priorities and deliver an exceptional experience for our clients, tenants and commissioners. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager you will part of COO function supporting the overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively managing schedules, coordinating meetings, creation and preparing reports and presentations, researching information, handling correspondence, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chief positions.
  • Undertaking high level administration support, maintain confidentiality, manage information flow, and facilitate efficient decision-making processes within the C-suite office.
