Lettings Co-ordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Lettings Co-ordinator to join our team. This role involves working closely with the Tenancy Co-ordination and Tenancy Renewals teams to manage student and some professional tenancies You will be joining a forward thinking business with training and development opportunities in place to enable you to reach your full potential.
This is a varied role and therefore are looking for someone who has experience in a previous coordinating role, property or lettings experience isn't key as full training will be given.
The role also offers hybrid working 3 days per week
Lettings Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Tenancy Renewals**:** Negotiate and manage renewals for student tenancies, draft renewal agreements, and facilitate communication between tenants and landlords.
- Tenancy Co-ordination**:** Assist with upcoming tenancies, complete Right to Rent checks, gather necessary documentation, and prepare tenancy agreements.
- RLP Policy Management**:** Set up and renew Rent & Legal protection policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Tenancy Deposit Administration**:** Assist with deposit returns for Rent Collection and Let Only tenancies, and liaise with landlords on deposit deductions.
Lettings Coordinator Skills:
- Experience in lettings coordination or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of tenancy agreements and rental policies.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Lettings coordinator package:
- Monday to Friday -9am to 5:30m
- £26,000 OTE £28,000
- 25 Days holiday + bank holidays
