Role Overview:

The Letting Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the property management department, ensuring smooth operations, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement and growth. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to managing a team, optimising processes, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Operational Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the property management team to achieve high performance and engagement.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Oversee daily operations within the property management department, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Implement efficient processes and best practices to streamline operations.

Growth Strategies:

  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within the property management sector.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create and execute strategic plans for departmental expansion.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Set and monitor KPIs for the department, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on departmental performance and operational efficiency.

Client Relationship Development:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle escalated issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies.
  • Conduct regular reviews of rental prices and property performance.

The Individual:

  • Proven experience in property management or a similar role within the estate agency sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Dynamic and forward thinking to deliver growth and a high performing culture
  • Excellent understanding of property legislation and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

OTE: £55,000 - £65,000
