Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Quotes Administrator to join our passionate and driven team in Norwich
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with Contract Supervisors to manage and administer the quotes tracker, completing templates to set standards utilising proprietary software
- Liaising with select suppliers to gather costs for materials
- Ensure all quotations are accurate, competitive, and compliant with company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Track and manage the status of quotations, following up with customers should queries arise
- Always Work in a safe manner, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and OCS H&S policy.
- Liaising with Contract Supervisors and Contract Managers to update on progress
About You:
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Previous experience working within Facilities Management advantageous
- Experience using Smartsheets advantageous
