Location: Chorley (with flexibility for home working one day per week)

We are seeking a dynamic HR and Talent Resourcing Specialist to join a leading, rapidly growing organisation.

In this pivotal role, you will lead recruitment efforts across the northern region, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Additionally, you'll provide valuable support to the broader HR team, helping to shape our people processes and drive employee engagement initiatives.

The Role:
As HR and Talent Resourcing Manager, you will:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and deliver end-to-end recruitment support, from drafting job descriptions to selecting the right talent attraction methods.
  • Take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and pre-employment checks.
  • Utilise social media and other platforms to raise the company's profile and attract top talent, while supporting long-term workforce planning.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.
  • Lead apprenticeship programs and other initiatives to promote talent development.
  • Collaborate and provide additional support to the HR Business Partner on key employee lifecycle processes such as employee relations (ER), performance management, and people development.
  • Support employee engagement projects that foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture.

About You:
We're seeking an HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent management who is ready to take on new challenges. Ideally, you'll have:

  • A degree in Human Resources (or equivalent) or CIPD Level 3 qualification.
  • Recent experience as a talent specialist or in a similar recruitment-focused role.
  • Expertise in using social media and digital tools to attract candidates.
  • Outstanding communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for providing a positive candidate experience and promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity.
