Our client is a leading provider in the Kitchen, Bathroom, and Bedroom (KBB) industry, known for our innovative designs, high-quality products, and exceptional customer service. They are dedicated to transforming living spaces with their bespoke solutions and are committed to sustainable practices and continuous improvement.

Our client is looking to strengthen their Sales team and are seeking an Account Manager to take responsibility for existing customer relationships and develop new business across the UK.

Description

  • Business Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.

  • Sales and Marketing:

  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the KBB industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the KBB industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • UK Drivers License
