What you will be doing as Accounts Receivable Officer...

Join our dynamic team, where you'll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting our mission to build thriving communities.

  • Post receipts, manage invoices, and handle credit control.
  • Investigate and resolve rent and sales ledger queries.
  • Reallocate suspense items and chase missing schedules.
  • Produce customer statements and allocate cash receipts.
  • Answering queries from the shared Accounts Receivable inbox within the SLA timescale.

What will you need?

  • Proven experience within an Account Receivable and/or Sales Ledger environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to find solutions and work collaboratively with others.
  • Superb communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A commitment to understand the challenges and opportunities that exist in the communities in which we work. We particularly value lived experience in social housing.
