Your new role
Candidate Engagement:
Find and engage the best talent, attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies. Guiding candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience. This role is a key part in the success of our Construction & Property division, one of the largest divisions in the UK&I. You will be supporting an experienced team of 2 consultants in identifying and registering new candidates in the local market, obtaining compliance documentation, supporting with payment administration and marketing support. You will also maintain relationships with key clients, helping fill jobs quickly and efficiently.

This role is full-time, working Monday to Friday 7.30-4.30. Hybrid working of up to 50% is available once training is complete.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a positive attitude to succeed and be comfortable with a high volume of outbound calling on a daily basis. You will be able to build a rapport with customers quickly and have a high level of resilience. You will have strong IT skills and have a positive outlook on learning new skills.
