- Managing customer queries
- Managing a team with a mix of Field Service Engineers as well as administrative support teams
- Scheduling and delegating the workload of Field Service Engineers
- Coordinating and managing team resources
- Helping your team remain motivated to achieve both individual and team related goals

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Previous experience carrying out a similar role, scheduling/planning engineers' diaries/planning work on site, liaising with customers etc
- Previous experience supervising/managing a team
- IT Literate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and able to build lasting relationships
